What we collect
- Orders: name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order details. Payments are processed by the payment provider.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message. These are sent to us by email so we can reply, and are not stored in the website database.
- Customer accounts: if you create an account, your login details and order history.

Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and ask for a copy in a portable format, where the law allows. To make a request, email shop@acclaimed-streetwear.com. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, AZOP).
